Weebs Heaven runs on conversations, not checkouts. Add figures to your cart, leave your details, and a real person confirms everything with you before any money moves.

Add what you want to the cart
Browse the shelf and add every figure you like. Quantities, sets, mixed series — all fine. The cart lives in your browser and nothing is charged.
- Step 02
Share your details at checkout
We ask for your name, mobile number and delivery address. That is it. No card details, no UPI, no wallet — the checkout has no payment step at all.
- Step 03
Someone from our team connects with you
Usually on WhatsApp, or by phone if you prefer. We confirm every piece is in stock, quote the final total including shipping to your pincode, and agree on how you would like to pay.
- Step 04
We pack, ship and share tracking
Figures are bubble-wrapped and boxed. Once dispatched you get the courier and tracking number on the same chat.

Questions we get a lot
Why is there no payment gateway?
Two reasons. Stock moves fast across our shelves, and shipping cost depends on your pincode and the size of the box. Confirming with a human first means you never pay for something that is out of stock or get surprised by a shipping charge.
How soon will you contact me?
Usually within a few hours during shop hours (10am – 8pm), and by the next morning for late-night orders. Your reference number is on the confirmation page.
How do I pay?
Whatever is easiest for you — UPI, bank transfer, or cash on delivery where the courier supports it. We agree on it during the call.
What does shipping cost?
It depends on weight and destination, and we tell you the exact figure before you pay. Orders above ₹1,499 ship free anywhere in India.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Nothing is final until you have paid, so just tell us on the call or message us with your reference number.
The figure I want is not listed.
Message us. We source pieces to order, especially licensed originals from Banpresto, Bandai, Sega and ZD Toys.
